OBJECTIVES
● Develops lumbar and scapular stabilization.
● Strengthens all shoulder and upper back muscles.
● Strengthens glutes, abdominals, and obliques; core strength.
● Challenges balance and control.
● Develops proprioception and coordination.
EXERCISE
● From a plank position, hands on footbar, place left hand in center of footbar.
Turn feet, outside of bottom foot is on carriage supported by back shoulder rest, inside of top foot is on carriage supported by front shoulder rest. Right hand is down along right side of body.
● Lift top arm and leg, pushing the carriage out, hinging from shoulder joint.
Reverse movement to return to start.
● Inhale press out – Exhale pull in.

● Navel to spine.
● Stabilize body, do not allow shoulders or hips to come forward or back.
● Arms and legs stay straight.
