OBJECTIVES
● Strengthens abdominals, hip flexors, and extensors.
● Improves spinal stabilization.
● Stretches hip flexors and quadriceps.
● Develops leg isolation.

EXERCISE
● Lying supine, back against barrel potion of apparatus, hands on side handles pulling barrel into low and mid-back.
Head and neck resting on floor.
Legs extended straight up pointing toes.

● Keeping legs straight, alternate legs back and forth bringing one leg towards the face, the other towards floor in opposite direction.
Pause for a stretch, alternate sides.
● Inhale one full set.
Exhale for the next full set.

5 times each side alternating

CUES
● Navel to spine.
● Keep spine still and stable.
● Relax head and neck.
● Extend legs long from the hips.
● Pull apparatus gently into the lower back.
