(Single Leg)

OBJECTIVES
● Strengthens abdominals, shoulders, back, and hips.
● Improves scapular stabilization.
● Develops ability to stabilize spine

EXERCISE
● Hands on shoulder rests, toes on footbar, legs and feet together.
Shoulders directly over wrists, body in plank (push-up position).
Keep the body in one straight line.

● Push carriage out with the arms while lifting one leg from footbar.
Bring carriage back to start position while lowering leg back to footbar.

● Inhale push out – Exhale pull in.

1-2 springs

CUES
● Navel to spine.
● Keep body in one stable line.
● Squeeze tush.
● Pause in each position, out and in.
