EXERCISE
● Lying on back, legs straight at 45 degrees, head lifted, arms extended by hips.
Tips of shoulder blades touching mat, pointed toes.

● Pump arms up and down by hips, breathing in for 5 counts and out for 5 counts. 10 times achieving 100 pumps.

● Relaxed neck.
Breathe in through nose and out through mouth.
● Rhythmic pumping of arms to increase circulation.
