OBJECTIVES
● Strengthens all arm muscles, shoulder muscles, and upper back.
● Improves torso and scapular stabilization.
● Strengthens core and postural muscles by remaining tall in kneeling position.
EXERCISE
● Kneeling on carriage facing side, take hold of strap with hand farthest
from shoulder rest.
● Holding hand in front of chest, elbow shoulder height, extend arm out away from body.
Bend elbow to return to start.
● Inhale reach out – Exhale bend in.
