● Develops control and balance.
● Builds spinal extensors.
● Improves coordination and control.

EXERCISE
● Sitting into the spine corrector, extend the body back resting on barrel, legs together and straight to floor.
● Lift body up, arms and legs simultaneously, up into teaser position making a “V” shape with the body.
Hold and pause.
Roll back down with control to start position.

● Inhale hold – Exhale roll down.

CUES
● Navel to spine.
● Shoulders pull down back.
● Squeeze thighs together.
● Arms and legs straight.
● Eyes forward.
